Amy Cullen, President, Part Owner
Saco Falls Management
In addition to her duties as President, she is also a Development Officer for The Szanton Company, our sister company that has developed each property in the Saco Falls Management portfolio.
As the President of Saco Falls Management, she has been intimately involved with the planning and implementation of design, marketing and operating strategies for a variety of properties. She is responsible for all legal, insurance, administrative, accounting and financial aspects of a portfolio of properties in Maine and New Hampshire. Amy is also charged with conducting market analysis and due diligence on all new business opportunities. She has overall responsibility for the successful performance of all management functions regarding the properties under Saco Falls Management.
Amy joined The Szanton Company in March 2006. Since joining, she has been responsible for numerous development activities including: office management, asset management; grant writing; performing due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions; completing financing applications; coordinating with attorneys, architects, and contractors for all aspects of multi-unit residential and mixed-use development projects.
Prior to joining The Szanton Company, Amy was a Training Program Manager for the Department of Defense in Minneapolis, MN. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Husson University.
Amy Racine, Director of Property Management
Amy joined the Saco Falls Management Team in April 2022 with 12 years of previous experience.
Amy's role includes direct oversight of the Property Management staff; occupancy reporting; marketing; budget implementation; maintaining tenant- landlord relations; oversight of maintenance; coordination of contractors of all Szanton Company properties. Amy is also involved with the planning and implementation of design, marketing and operating strategies for our properties. Amy oversees the legal, insurance, and administrative aspects of the portfolio of properties.
Natasha Desjardins, Assistant Director of Property Management
Natasha joined the Saco Falls Management team in October 2020 with 10 years prior Property Management experience.
Natasha is directly responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training and development of our onsite teams. Natasha’s extensive leadership experience and passion for people help ensure our residents get the best customer service possible from our employees.
Tiffany Kelly, Director of Finance
Tiffany joined Saco Falls Management in August of 2017. She is responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities of all of the properties, the management company, and the development company. She is also responsible for the monthly financials, the quarterly financial reporting to investors, and the annual audits of the properties.
Anjoli Matthews, Property Manager
Anjoli is responsible for direct oversight of 53 Danforth, Casco Terrace, Walker Terrace and 100 Parris Street in Portland, ME.
Anjoli handles all property management activities including leasing, day-to-day contact with residents, maintaining housing compliance, and coordinating maintenance activities.
She joined the Saco Falls Management team in December 2022.
Crystal LaChapelle, Property Manager
Crystal is responsible for the direct oversight of 48 Hampshire in Auburn ME; The Lofts at Bates Mill and The Hartley Block in Lewiston, ME.
Crystal handles all property management activities including leasing, day-to-day contact with residents, maintaining housing compliance, and coordinating maintenance activities.
Crystal joined the Saco Falls Management team in August of 2019
Stacy Allie, Property Manager
Stacy is responsible for the direct oversight of The Mill at Saco Falls and The Lofts at Saco Falls in Biddeford, ME; as well as The Squamscott Block in Exeter, NH.
Stacy handles all property management activities including leasing, day to day contact with residents, maintaining compliance, and maintenance coordination.
Stacy joined the Saco Falls Management team in August 2022.
Rachel Mishra, Property Manager
Rachel is responsible for the direct oversight of Milliken Heights in Old Orchard Beach, Huse School, and The Uptown which is currently under construction in Bath.
Rachel handles all property management activities including leasing, day to day contact with residents, maintaining compliance, and maintenance coordination.
Rachel joined the Saco Falls Management Team in May 2022.
Brandy Carter, Resident Services Coordinator
As the Resident Services Coordinator, Brandy links residents to existing services and resources in the community, assists residents to build an informal support network among themselves, encourages residents to be proactive in meeting their social, psychological and physical needs, and provides conflict resolution assistance. Brandy provides these services to our residents at The Lofts at Bates Mill and The Hartley Block in Lewiston.
Brandy has been with Saco Falls Management since of June of 2020.
Brady Connors, Resident Services Coordinator
Based out of our Biddeford properties, Brady is available to help tenants navigate various programs and services available in the community.
