Saco Falls Management was established in January 2013 with the goal of providing high-quality, hands-on property management services for communities developed by The Szanton Company. Founded by Nathan Szanton and Robert C. S. Monks, Saco Falls Management was created to ensure that the company’s properties would be managed with the same care, attention to detail, and commitment to community that went into their development. At its inception, Saco Falls Management began overseeing six residential properties and has since expanded its portfolio to include fifteen diverse range of apartment communities across Southern and Central Maine, as well as New Hampshire. Today, the company manages a collection of thoughtfully restored historic mills and newly constructed apartment buildings, offering residents unique spaces that blend character, comfort, and modern convenience.
