About Us

Saco Falls Management was founded in January 2013 to manage properties developed by The Szanton Company, of which Nathan Szanton and Robert C. S. Monks are the primary owners. Upon its founding, SFM took over management of six properties with the addition of several new properties since its opening: Casco Terrace, Walker Terrace, 53 Danforth and 100 Parris in Portland, ME; The Mill at Saco Falls and The Lofts at Saco Falls in Biddeford, ME; The Lofts at Bates Mill; Picker House Lofts and The Hartley Block in Lewiston, ME; 48 Hampshire in Auburn ME; The Huse School Apartments and The Uptown in Bath, ME; Milliken Heights in Old Orchard Beach, ME; and The Squamscott Block in Exeter, NH. 

Our Mission

The mission of Saco Falls Management is "Creating rental communities that exceed expectations".

Our Management Team

The management team at SFM includes Kristin Martin, President and Amy Racine, Director of Property Management. Other team members include Crystal LaChapelle, Rachel Mishra, Brandy McBride, and April Thibodeau- Property Managers; Chelsea Goich, Compliance Specialist, Maggie Phelan, and Shannon Fraser, Jacinda Im, and Lisa May- Resident Services Coordinators. Anne Conley and Ashley Fillmore Administrative Assistants.

Headquarters

SFM's headquarters are at Ten Free Street, Third Floor in Portland. In order to maintain as strong a presence in the field as possible, however, the Property Managers and Resident Services Coordinators spend at least one day a week at their properties*.

*Office hours for Casco Terrace, which has no on-site office, are held at 53 Danforth, two blocks away.
