Property Maintenance
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for ensuring that residential properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role involves performing routine maintenance, responding to resident service requests, and supporting the overall upkeep of the property.
Jon St. Pierre
Jon serves as a floating maintenance technician providing
support in all of our communities.
Mike Incalcaterra
Mike serves as the main maintenance technician for The Lofts
at Saco Falls and The Mill at Saco Falls in Biddeford as well as Milliken
Heights, in Old Orchard Beach.
Max Quitog
Max serves as our Maintenance Supervisor. In
addition to providing support in all of our communities he also handles large
projects and training/support for the entire department.

Zach Dutremble
Zach serves as the main maintenance technician for 100
Parris Street, 53 Danforth, Casco Terrace and Walker Terrace in Portland, ME.
Matt Neuhaus
Matt serves as the main maintenance technician for Bath Portfolio; Matt also floats to support our other communities.
Cleaning Staff
Cleaning Associates are responsible for maintaining the
cleanliness and overall appearance of the apartment communities. They ensure
that all common areas, hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and other shared
spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
Carrie Shaw
Carrie serves as the cleaning associate for The Lofts at Bates Mill and The Hartley Block, in Lewiston, ME as well as 48 Hampshire in Auburn, ME.
Shaley West
Shaley serves as the cleaning associate for Huse School
Apartments and The Uptown in Bath, ME.
