Meet the Team

Kristin Martin, President

Kristin joined our company in 2013 and has held numerous roles within both Saco Falls Management and The Szanton Company, including Development Assistant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Director of Property Management, Development Officer, and currently, President of Saco Falls Management. As President, Kristin oversees the planning and execution of design, marketing, and operational strategies across a diverse portfolio of properties. She manages all legal, insurance, administrative, accounting, and financial matters for properties in Maine and New Hampshire. Kristin also conducts market analysis and due diligence for new business opportunities and holds ultimate responsibility for the overall performance and success of all management functions within Saco Falls Management.

Amy Racine, Director of Property Management

Amy joined the Saco Falls Management team in April 2022, bringing over 12 years of prior experience in property management. In her role, Amy provides direct oversight of the Property Management staff and is responsible for occupancy reporting, marketing, budget implementation, and maintaining strong tenant–landlord relations. She also supervises maintenance operations and coordinates contractors across all Szanton Company properties. Additionally, Amy contributes to the planning and implementation of design, marketing, and operational strategies, while managing the legal, insurance, and administrative aspects of the property portfolio.

Tiffany Kelly, Director of Finance

Tiffany joined Saco Falls Management in August 2017 and oversees the day-to-day accounting operations for all properties, the management company, and the development company. She is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, quarterly financial reporting to investors, and coordinating the annual audits of the properties.

Chelsea Goich, Compliance Specialist

Chelsea joined Saco Falls Management in June 2023. She is responsible for ensuring compliance across all of our properties and managing annual recertifications for our LIHTC units across all 15 properties. In addition, Chelsea works closely with property teams and residents to provide guidance on compliance requirements, ensuring a smooth and consistent process for all stakeholders.
