HUSE SCHOOL APARTMENTS involves the renovation and rehabilitation of the John E.L. Huse Memorial School, built in 1942 and 1949. We are currently re-purposing this former elementary school to create 31 apartments and adding a new construction wing with 28 apartments, for a total of 59 brand new units.The apartments in the 1942 wing will feature original wood floors, high ceilings, and huge new windows. There is a mixture of efficiency, one and two-bedroom apartments which vary in size from 312 to 1,059 square feet.
